SHIPPING

We offer FREE EXPRESS postage Australia Wide for all Australian orders AU$90 plus. 

A $5 shipping charge will be applied for Australian orders AU$89.99 and under.

All orders will be packed and sent within 24 hours of order being received.

Orders placed over the weekend will be sent on Monday.

Once we post your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We ship with Australia Post. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping. tscudo will try its best to adhere to these delivery times, but potential unexpected delays are beyond our control and we will not be held responsible.

PACKAGING

No plastic is used to cover our tops. Instead each tscudo top is packaged with recycled paper and within a certified home compostable, fully biodegradable satchel partly made from plants. All thanks to The Better Packaging Co.

DELIVERY SATCHELS

The Better Packaging Co. also supply our delivery satchels. They are home compostable. They behave like a plastic satchel except when left in nature. In a home composte they will biodegrade within 3 to 6 months. Very clever!

We at tscudo are constantly looking for ways to reduce our carbon footprint and help minimize the environmental cost.

We produce our tops locally. Not only are we supporting local industry but reducing the need to burn off cheap fossil fuel to ship or air the finished goods from overseas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For all international orders AU$10 postage will be applied.

All orders will be packed and sent within 24 hours of order being received

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

If you need to exchange or return any of your purchases, please contact tscudo within 7 days of purchase.

No item can be exchanged or returned without prior consent from tscudo

Items must be new, unused to qualify for exchange. We will not accept used and damaged items.

When exchanging the buyer is responsible for paying for the return postage of exchanged items. tscudo recommends using Australia Post with tracking. We will not exchange on items we do not receive.

Once tscudo has received returned item to be exchanged tscudo will ship exchanged item at no charge

This website is owned and operated by tscudo and if you purchase from us you are subject to our terms and conditions. You should read these conditions carefully prior to purchase, as placement of an order implies your acceptance of them.

PRIVACY

Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of tscudo

Marketing material - We will not issue you with any marketing material unless you have checked our approve marketing material check box.
