Refund policy

If you need to exchange or return any of your purchases, please contact tscudo within 7 days of purchase.

No item can be exchanged or returned without prior consent from tscudo

Items must be new, unused to qualify for exchange. We will not accept used and damaged items.

When exchanging the buyer is responsible for paying for the return postage of exchanged items. tscudo recommends using Australia Post with tracking.

We will not exchange on items we do not receive.

Once tscudo has received returned item to be exchanged tscudo will ship exchanged item at no charge
